This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it across our websites — pardusconsulting.com, courses.pardusconsulting.com, and our related tool and calculator subdomains — and our advertising and marketing activity.

What we collect
Information you provide to us. When you contact us, request a document or resource (such as a downloadable guide or self-assessment), enrol in a course, make a purchase, or submit a form — on our websites or through third-party platforms such as LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms — we may collect your name, work email address, phone number, job title, company name, country, and the content of your enquiry or responses.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for this purpose.
Course and purchase information. Our online courses are hosted on Thinkific. When you enrol or purchase, your enrolment details and order information are processed by Thinkific and its payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
Why we collect it
We collect and use personal information to: respond to enquiries and provide requested documents and resources; deliver, administer and support our courses and services; process payments; follow up with people who have requested our materials or expressed interest in our services; improve our websites and content; and measure and improve our advertising. If you download one of our resources or enquire about our services, we may contact you about that resource, related services, or similar content we believe is relevant to you. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise on platforms including Google and LinkedIn. These platforms may use cookies and identifiers to measure ad performance and, where enabled, to show our ads to audiences similar to our site visitors or to people who have previously visited our sites (remarketing). You can control ad personalisation through your Google and LinkedIn account settings, and manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business — including website hosting (Squarespace), course delivery (Thinkific), payment processors, email and productivity providers (Google), advertising and analytics platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta), and customer-relationship tools — and where required by law. Some of these providers store data outside Australia (typically in the United States, Canada or the European Union); where that occurs, the information is handled under those providers' own privacy and security frameworks.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We retain personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Access, correction and complaints
